Engineering and Design
Fire Control Systems has an extensive design office for the design layout of all types of fire protection and concept proposals. Our design component is integral to our success. Over time we have established a reputation for undertaking complex design and supply projects within tight programmes. We count many blue chip companies in South Africa as our clients and enjoy the peace of mind that their premises and personnel are protected by custom fire designs to their particular risk profile.

Our design team consists of ten people and is headed by Mr James Wasley who is competent in the rules and regulations of the Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau (ASIB) as well as being exposed to the FM Global Standards due to his extensive work on the Unilever Projects. We continuously evaluate our training of our designers and have a development programme in place to develop junior draughtsman into either qualified designers, contracts managers or estimators.

This development programme was establish in 2001 and is a resounding success for bringing individuals through the ranks to fulfil their potential with Fire Control Systems.
